The "Grab n' Go" option was created for the convenience of students "on-the-go". Students get to create their own "meal-to-go" from a wide variety of creative entrée sandwiches and salads, soups, side salads, fresh fruit, snacks, desserts, and beverages. Students will need to swipe their ID card for the meal period and can choose from a variety of menu items up to a total number of seven (7) menu items. This is a "one time through the line" dining option. If your schedule does not coincide with these hours, you can take advantage of our bag lunch option available in all the dining halls or dine in Blanchard Café which has extended meal hours for lunch from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Daily "Grab & Go" Menu Options

Choice of

  • One (1) entrée (sandwich or salad entree)
  • One (1) 4 oz. yogurt

Any combination from the following for a grand total of 7 items:

  • Side Salad
  • Assorted Chips
  • Fresh fruit
  • Dessert
  • Beverage
Hours of Operation Monday - Friday
Hot breakfast 7:15 AM - 9:00 AM
Continental 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM
Grab n' Go Lunch 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
