Annual Requests for 2008-2009

By Friday, June 26, 2009 please send:

Professional, College, and Community Activities and Service Summaries for each faculty member in your department.  I suggest you distribute copies of the guidelines to all faculty, especially junior faculty who may be unfamiliar with this request. 

Annual Conversations with untenured faculty.  Several departments also hold annual conversations with multi-year visiting faculty.

Search Report, if you had a search for a continuing appointment, and if you haven’t already sent it in.

Annual Report for your department.  Please send a copy to the President as well as the Dean of Faculty.

Annual Conversations with Staff.

Conversation with your Senior Majors. 

Remind colleagues to update their online faculty profiles; and if they have not already established a profile, please do contact Michelle Ducharme in the Communications office, mducharm@mtholyoke.edu.
