Activities and Service Summaries

Professional, College, and Community Activities and Service Summary
July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009

Please submit the information requested here either in an updated curriculum vitae or in a form you design for the purpose.

List briefly your activities under the following headings:

*Department, College, and Five College activities:  advising (first and second-year students/majors/pre-professional); committee work; independent studies (include honors theses); new course development; interdepartmental courses.

*Compositions, performances, publications, and works of art (provide full citations); lectures and papers delivered; professional activities (meetings attended, offices held, committee assignments).

*Community service beyond the College, if desired.

*Long-range goals:  projects, commissions, research, etc.

You may also append a brief comment on your activities relative to your growth as a teacher and artist or scholar.

By Friday, June 26, 2009 please send in TWO copies of your summaries – one copy to your Chair and one copy to the Dean of Faculty.
