Search Report
After your search has concluded (whether successfully or not), please send a report to the Dean of Faculty. The search report should include the following:
*Letter from the department providing a brief account of the search including information on when and where the opening was announced (including a copy of the ad)
*A log of applicants
*List of those invited to campus
*Student views on the candidates
*Offer(s) made
*Recommended rank
*Reason for choosing the candidate you chose, or that the search failed
