Non-Student Complainants

Complainants who are non-Mount Holyoke College community members (including Five College students) may file a Sexual Assault or Sexual Misconduct complaint with the Dean of Students Office against a respondent who is enrolled as a Mount Holyoke College student. These complaints will be referred to the Sexual Assault and Misconduct Board and/or Public Safety.
