Recycling Paper

Recycled Trash BinOffice Paper Recycling - How it works

In each office, there is a blue deskside recycling bin.

Please place all of your recyclable paper into this bin.

Full Recycling Bin  

When the bin in your office is full, please bring your bin to a central recycling bin located on each floor (and in the basement) and empty it into the appropriate bin.

Cardboard Recycling - How it works

Cardboard Bin

To recycle cardboad in your office, please remove all contents and packaging material, flatten the box, and bring it down to the cardboard recycling hopper in the basement of your building.

What can I recycle in the cardboard recycling bins?

 

What to Include: Do Not Include:
The only cardboard we can recycle here at Mount Holyoke is corrugated cardboard.

Corrugated cardboard is the cardboard that has the wavy layer in the middle.

NO Pizza Boxes
NO Cereal Boxes

Please flatten boxes and remove packaging material.
