10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Payments
When the Cashier is closed, payment may be made by inserting a check in an
envelope (envelopes are available outside the Cashier's window) and slipping
it in the mail slot below the window.
Payments may be made in the form of cash, check, money order, or electronic
funds transfer from your bank to Bank of America (formerly Fleet). Please call
the Student Financial Services Office at (413) 538-2291 or email sfs@mtholyoke.edu for
wiring instructions.
Credit card payments are not accepted by the Comptroller's Office. The Odyssey
Bookstore and Campus Store accepts credit cards for payment of purchases, and
the Willits-Hallowell Center honors credit cards.
Please do not send cash through the campus mail system.
Be sure to include your name and/or identification number with all payments.
