H1N1 Updates

Additional doses of the H1N1 flu vaccine are now available and will be given through regular health center operations. Please call ext 2121 for an appointment. There is no charge for this vaccination.

Additional doses of the Seasonal Flu vaccine are now available and will be given through regular health center operations. Please call ext 2121 for an appointment. There is a $20.00 charge payable by one card, cash or check. We will bill students if needed.

All services are confidential. Information regarding admissions, tests, diagnosis, referrals and conversations with providers cannot be released or given to anyone without written authorization by the student. Parents/guardians and MHC Administration will be contacted without authorization only if there is a life threatening condition.
