Emergency

If you have an emergency requiring hospital level of care, call 1-911 from any campus phone.  Public Safety will respond to assist you.

Urgent Care

A nurse practioner can be contact at home daily from 10pm - 8am through an answering service.  She can assist by providing advice regarding seeking emergency care or selfcare.  She will not be able to dispense or prescribe medication.

To reach the clinician, call extension 2242 (413-538-2242), give reason for call and contact information to the operator.  The clinician will contact you within 15-20 minutes.
