Fitness

Studies have shown that daily physical activity reduces the risk of heart disease, as well as increases energy level and helps manage stress.  In fact, millions of Americans suffer from illnesses that can be prevented or improved with physical activity.  An activity does not have to be strenuous to bring health benefits.  Even low-intensity activities can produce mental, emotional, and physical benefits.
