Term Disability
Long Term Disability insurance provides 24-hour protection against
the loss of your income in the event that a disability prevents
you from earning an income.
The College provides a core benefit, through MetLife that
will provide 40% of basic monthly
earnings to a maximum monthly benefit of $6,666.
Employees have the option to purchase an additional 10%,
20% or 26 2/3% over and above the core benefit for maximum coverage
of 66 2/3% of basic monthly earnings.
