Non-Union Employees
Effective July 1, 2001 the College contributes 10.5% of base annual
salary to a defined contribution 403(b) retirement plan.
Employees
are required to contribute 5% of base salary over $25,000.
Employes
can invest contributions into
Union Employees
The College offers a defined benefit retirement plan through the
Aetna Life Insurance Company
