The
Salary Administration Program
The Salary Administration Program at Mount Holyoke College is
used to help determine base wages and pay policies. The guidelines
pertain to continuing employees who are neither faculty nor under
a collective bargaining agreement. These guidelines were developed
from a cross-functional Task Force, focus group participants and
Senior Staff members. If you have any questions regarding these
guidelines, please discuss them with your Supervisor or contact
the Human Resources Department.
