Shop smart with the new MHC MasterCard!
The Alumnae Association and Mount Holyoke College have partnered
with MBNA and the Bank of America to offer a new credit card with
special benefits for alumnae, faculty and staff.
Users of the new MHC MasterCard can earn points redeemable for
cash, travel, merchandise, and gift certificates. In addition,
for every new card issued and every purchase made with the card,
MBNA will make a contribution to Mount Holyoke College and the
Alumnae Association. Other benefits include no annual fee, low
introductory annual percentage rate, built-in fraud protection,
and worldwide acceptance at millions of locations.
Stephanie Gonthier, Director of Finance for the Alumnae Association,
worked closely with Janice Albano, Associate Treasurer for the
College, in structuring the partnership with the Association,
Mount Holyoke College, and MBNA. “We’re very pleased
to join with the College in offering this new affinity credit card,” Gonthier
says. “It’s a great opportunity for alumnae and students
to show their pride. The card will help support the Alumnae Association
and will also contribute to student scholarships. And it offers
excellent benefits. It’s a superior card, a top company,
and just a great deal.”
