A Handy Guide to Using Your Necktop Computer

What follows is a discussion of basic study skill strategies which may help you with processing information, understanding concepts, retaining details, critical thinking, and test-taking abilities. As Professor Barry Wadsworth said, "The fundamental principle of study skills is to pass the information through your brain as many times in as many different ways as possible." This means reading, taking notes, restructuring and writing again, outlining or mapping concepts, discussing, asking questions, and teaching it to another student.
