Historical Sketch:
The Director of Vocational Training helped students find internships until the Career Services Office was established in 1975. In 1983, the Internship Office was established as a separate entity from Career Services. In 1984, it was renamed the Internship Programs Office and was renamed again in 1994 as the Office of Internship Programs.

Description of Records:
The records of the Office of Internship Programs contain records related to International Internships from 1950-1982. They also include records of the administration of the Complex Organization program which consist of correspondence and materials documenting the search for a director (1978-1980).
