Graduation Press Release

On behalf of the Office of Communications, I wish to congratulate you on your upcoming graduation.  It has been our custom each year to prepare commencement announcements for each of our graduates for publication in their hometown newspapers. If you would like to have a press release issued on your behalf, please complete the form below by Friday, April 11.

What Happens to the Release?
A copy of your personal press release will be sent to your hometown newspaper; it is then up to the paper when and whether to publish the news. Each newspaper has its own policy in this regard.

Courtesy copies of your release will also be sent to your parent(s), so please provide their current mailing information. If you are a Frances Perkins student and wish to list someone other than (or in addition to) your parents, such as a spouse or children,  please note that on the form.

If you do not wish to have a release issued on your behalf, you do not need to submit this form.

Thank you!
Deborah Wright, Office of Communications
