Order Meal Tickets

We've experienced some glitches with our online meal order form for Commencement. If you were unable to order your meal tickets online, please print and complete this form (PDF), and send it with a check payable to Mount Holyoke College by Friday, May 1, to:

Dining Services is looking forward to providing a dining experience in the spirit of CommencementWeekend—celebratory and exciting! To ensure a well-planned weekend, we need to know the number of meals you would like us to provide. Please be sure to have your ticket information to us by Friday, May 1, 2009. All guests will need to present a ticket for all meals provided for the weekend.

If you are planning to dine off-campus during the weekend, we encourage you to do so on Friday evening. On Saturday evening, there may not be enough time to dine away from the College and return in time for the Baccalaureate Service. The Saturday Baccalaureate Buffet Dinner is a special time for seniors, their families, and guests to join “the stars” under a tent on Skinner Green. After Commencement exercises on Sunday, there will be a complimentary celebratory reception.

All Commencement Weekend meals for seniors are included in their board plan, so do not include them in your ticket order. No refunds will be issued, so please double-check your arrangements.
