*For Muslim Students:  September 3, 4 and 5 Suhur and Sundown Iftaar will be provided at Eliot House.  For the rest of the month, Suhur will be provided at Eliot House and Sundown Iftaar will be provided at Wilder Dining Hall. In order to have access to Eliot House that early in the morning for the Suhurs, please send your name to ghiggins@mtholyoke.edu to gain One Card access to Eliot House and the Muslim Kitchen.

Gladys Moore and the Chaplains and Advisors of Eliot House for an experience of good eating, thoughtful reflection, and wonderful community. Each week we discuss a different topic regarding religions, spirituality and your life.  Vegan lunch and discussion.

4:30 pm       Mindfulness Meditation, “Connecting with Heart, Mind and Body:” starting with a 5 week introduction to meditation and continuing throughout the semester.
