Residential Life
The Office of Residential Life supports the academic mission of the College by providing a well-maintained residential environment for learning that respects and appreciates individual differences and promotes a sense of community. The office is dedicated to challenging and supporting women as they progress through their college years. Residential Life staff in each hall foster leadership, promote understanding of diverse backgrounds and lifestyles, encourage cooperative decision making and support activities that allow students to uncover and broaden their interests. Each student's development is facilitated through empowering her to solve problems, initiate activities, and be active in her hall community.
The Office of Residential Life strives to create an environment where relationships become strong enough to remain part of the personal and professional lives of Mount Holyoke students beyond their years on campus. I invite you to live, explore, and engage in our dyanamic residential community.
Sincerely, Rene Davis Director Office of Residential Life
