Hall President
The hall presidents (HPs) are student staff who serve as chief administrators of the residence halls.  HPs are typically in their junior and senior year and act as a link to the Office of Residential Life. There is one hall president per residence hall. As members of the residential life staff, HPs coordinate hall meetings, advise student advisers, and assist in the initiating programs in the residence hall. HPs meet weekly with the student advisers to address hall and individual student concerns. Each HP is trained as a peer counselor and can provide resource and referral information to all students in the hall.

Student Adviser
The student advisers (SAs) are student  staff who serve as peer advisers to members of their floor. There are three to six SAs in each residence hall. Each SA is responsible for the general welfare of the floor.  SAs are typically sophomores and juniors, and are trained as a peer advisers in community development, programming, limits setting, various health-related issues, and interpersonal skills. Along with these skills, SAs are knowledgeable about campus and resources and will make referrals as necessary. Most importantly, the SA is available to each member of the floor for peer support. SAs are selected for their desire to work with other students and create a positive living experience for others.
