Friday, March 20th at Noon, the housing lottery system will be live and available for student use.  Please login to the system to view all information about lottery, holds, class year, and review the process.  Moving group and number choosing will not be available until the dates listed below. 

Schedule for Residence Hall and Room Choosing for 2009-2010

Lottery Information Sessions::
Monday, March 2nd from 6:30 - 7:30pm in L-3 Cleveland
Thursday, March 5th from 3:30 - 4:30pm in L-3 Cleveland
Tuesday, March 10th from 3:00 - 4:00pm in L-3 Cleveland
Thursday, March 12th from 5:30 - 6:30pm in L-3 Cleveland

Moving Groups Open:
Monday, March 23rd at 12 midnight to Friday, April 3rd, at 12 midnight. Please note that this is the only time you will be able to create and join moving groups. Anyone who planned to join a group, but did not, will have to move by themselves. You must form a group if you are planning to move with one or more people. Roommates must form a moving group together. Please note that once you join or create a group you can not be removed from the group.

Number Drawing Open:
Sunday, April 5th at 12 midnight to Wednesday, April 15th at 12 midnight. Please note that this is the only time that numbers can be chosen. Anyone who did not choose a hall choosing number will choose last after there class. Anyone who did not choose a room choosing number, one will automatically be chosen for you.

Hall Choosing:
Class of 2010: Tusday, April 21st at 7:00 p.m. in Hooker
Class of 2011: Thursday, April 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in Hooker
Class of 2012: Monday, April 27th at 7:30 p.m. in Hooker

Room Choosing:
All classes: Thursday, April 30th at 7:30 p.m. in your new hall.

Apartment Lottery: (Residence Hall & Off Campus)
Monday, February 16th: Applications available
Monday, March 2nd: Applications due by 5:00 p.m.
Friday, March 6th: Decisions emailed
Friday, March 13th: Acceptances due by 9:00 a.m.

Please note that all members of the group must be financially cleared when the form is turned in.

Off Campus Applications:
Monday, February 16th: Applications available
Monday, March 2nd: Applications due by 5:00 p.m.
Friday, March 6th: Decisions emailed
Friday, March 13th: Acceptances due by 9:00 a.m.

Remember: if you apply, are granted permission and accept to go off campus for fall semester you can not participate in the Spring housing lottery.
