Saturday, March 15th at Noon, the housing lottery system will be live.  Please login to the system to view all information about lottery, holds, class year, and review the process.  Moving group and number choosing will not be available until the dates listed below. 

2008-2009 Schedule for Residence Hall and Room Choosing

Lottery Information Sessions::
Monday, March 3rd from 6:00 - 7:00 in L-1 Cleveland
Thursday, March 6th from 3:30 - 4:30 in L-1 Cleveland
Tuesday, March 11th from 4:00 - 5:00 in L-1 Cleveland
Thursday, march 13th from 5:30 - 6:30 in L-1 Cleveland

Moving Groups Open:
Monday, March 24th at 12 noon to Friday, March 28th, at noon. Please note that this is the only time you will be able to create and join moving groups. Anyone who planned to join a group but did not will have to move by themselves. You must form a group if you are planning to move with one or more people. Roommates must form a moving group together. Please note that once you join or create a group you can not be removed from the group.

Number Drawing Open:
Saturday, March 29th at 12:00 noon to Wednesday, April 2nd at 12 noon. Please note that this is the only time that numbers can be chosen. Anyone who did not choose a hall choosing number will choose last after there class. Anyone who did not choose a room choosing number, one will automatically be chosen for you.

Hall Choosing:
Class of 2009: Thursday, April 3rd at 7:00 p.m. in Hooker
Class of 2010: Tuesday, April 8th at 7:00 p.m. in Hooker
Class of 2011: Thursday, April 10th at 7:30 p.m. in Hooker

Room Choosing:
All classes: Tuesday, April 15th at 7:30 p.m. in your new hall.

Apartment Lottery: (Residence Hall & Off Campus)
Monday, February 18th: Applications available
Monday, March 3rd: Applications due by 5:00 p.m.
Friday, March 7th: Decisions emailed
Friday, March 14th: Acceptances due by 9:00 a.m.

Please note that all members of the group must be financially cleared when the form is turned in.

Off Campus Applications:
Monday, February 18th: Applications available
Monday, March 3rd: Applications due by 5:00 p.m.
Friday, March 7th: Decisions emailed
Friday, March 14th: Acceptances due by 9:00 a.m.

Remember: if you apply, are granted permission and accept to go off campus for fall semester you can not participate in the Spring housing lottery.
