Clearance

All students must be cleared by the offices of Financial Services, Registrar, Health Center and Residential Life by March 27, 2009. Students who are not cleared by these departments will not be eligible to participate in the Lottery. Questions regarding your clearance can be checked on your lottery home page beginning March 20th. 

Registration Clearance
Students must be officially registered with the Registrar's Office for classes this semester to be eligible to participate in the lottery. If you are not registered for classes you must complete your registration by March 20th.

Reclassification
Students must have the appropriate number of credits to move with their class. Students who want to be reclassified must complete a Request for Reclassification form found at www.mtholyoke.edu/offices/reg/forms. If you have any questions please contact Donna Delisle-Mitchell, Associate Registrar. All reclassification must be completed by March 20th. Reclassifications after March 20th will not be accepted for purposes of the Housing Lottery.
