Concept and Design Phase

Over the course of the summer 2005 the committee will be focusing on the concept and design phase. We will be posting materials from our discussions in this section throughout this phase of planning. Please note that these materials are a work in progress. This is a period of brainstorming, discussion, and experimentation.

Building design options presented to the committee on January 23, 2006. Includes suggestions for room mix and layout of ground floor.

Building design options presented to the committee on January 9, 2006. Includes layout an additional suite in the verticle cluster as well as a suggestions for the building common space. The building footprint has been reduced to accomodate budget. The two residential cores are projected to house 175 residents.
