Say Goodbye to Paper Bills
Graduating Students MUST Complete Exit Counseling
- Per federal regulations and College policy, all graduating students who have ever borrowed a Federal Direct Student Loan (FDSL), Perkins Loan, Massachusetts No Interest Loan and/or Mount Holyoke College Loan must complete Exit Counseling before leaving in May.
- MHC students are required to do all exit counseling online.
- View your federal loan totals at Financial Aid Online, the Loan History tab.

- Online Massachusetts No Interest Loan exit counseling
- Exit counseling is not optional. Every student who borrowed funds through the federal or state loan programs or MHC must complete exit counseling prior to graduation.

2008-2009 Renewal Applications for Current Students
- Renewal postcards were mailed January 28th to permanent addresses for domestic aid applicants.
- Renewal applicants should check Financial Aid Online under 2008-2009 for document status'.
- All application materials are due no later than May 1st.
- All Federal Tax Forms and Supplemental Forms must be imaged through IDOC (paper documents will be shredded).
- Eligibility emails will be sent in mid-June to students who completed their application by May 1st.
IDOC (Institutional Documentation Service) Processing
- The College Board began sending emails to PROFILE filers and Frances Perkins Students on February 5th.
- The email subject line will read - "IDOC Notification - Your Next Step for Financial Aid". If you have filed a PROFILE (or are a Fances Perkins student) and have not received this email, check your spam folder and the email address you provided on the PROFILE application.
- Complete instructions are provided for submission of 2007 Federal Tax and Supplemental Forms.

- Documents will not be accepted at Mount Holyoke.
