| Blanchard Campus Center Reservations
All Campus Center reservations must be sponsored
by an MHC student, registered student organization, or department.
To Reserve the Campus Center Meeting
Rooms complete the Conference
and Events Office Campus
Space Request Form a
minimum of 3 days in advance.
To Reserve the Blanchard Great Room,
Lounges or Patio consult with the Office
of Student Programs about your event design a minimum of
two weeks in advance.
To Reserve the
following equipment call Student
Programs at x2478 or stop into our office, Blanchard 327. (To
ensure equitable access to limited resources, there is a 5 consecutive day
limit.)
- Information Tables (for inside Blanchard use only)
- 2 Outdoor Tables are available in good weather
and must be returned to the Information Desk.
- Banner locations (see notes below)
- Easels (for inside Blanchard use only)
- Display Cases (discuss with campus center manager)
- Rolling Bulletin Boards (for inside Blanchard use only)
- TV/VCR (for inside Blanchard use only)
Banner Locations
There are 3 indoor banner locations where you may publicize your event or cause. Measurements are provided to satisfy fire code and to maintain building sight lines. Thank you for your part in maintaining a welcoming, attractive, and functional campus center. - Upper Level, Skinner Side
No bigger than 9' x 6' ( a single queen sheet lying HORIZONTALLY) - Main Level, Skinner Side
No larger than 9' x 6' (a single queen sheet lying HORIZONTALLY) - Main Level, Staircase
4' x 4' (or 1/2 a twin sheet)
