- The mission of the MHC Ultimate Frisbee Club is to educate students about the sport of ultimate frisbee, encourage students to participate in ultimate and teach ultimate techniques and tactics. The team will promote campus participation and teamwork while informally and formally competing in unofficial scrimmmages and official tournaments.
- UMMA is an organization that offers spiritual support and religious resources to Muslims as well as gives an opportunity for non-Muslim students to learn more about Islam and the cultures associated with it. UMMA sponsors religious events as well as academic lectures on Islam and the history and politics surrounding the religion.
- Unite For Sight is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that empowers communities worldwide to improve eye health and eliminate preventable blindness. Volunteer teams work with partner eye clinics in developing countries to provide eye care and eye health education programs. Additionally, vision screening and education programs are implemented worldwide by volunteers working in ninety chapters established at universities in North America, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
- The Unusual Suspects are Mount Holyoke College's premiere improv. comedy troupe, using Short Form Improv. The Suspects travel to college campuses and improv. festivals all over New England to perform annually.
