Care Center
Tutoring for the GED exam in a comprehensive program for single moms which aims to take them through high school and prepare them for a future in college.

Connections
This After-School Program offers volunteers the opportunity to tutor, mentor and act as a role model for students at the elementary, middle and high school level in Holyoke, MA. Project Coordinator: Miriam Stevens (steve20m)

Girl Scouts
Planning, organizing, and executing fun, educational activities for the age group of your choice (kindergarten to grade 12)

Habitat for Humanity
Work with families to build new homes and support affordable housing.

Homework House
Tutor and mentor at risk, school age children in Holyoke twice a week.

Horizons for Homeless Children
Work with children from shelters in designated playrooms in Holyoke.
*Training is completed during the fall semester

Hospice Life Care
Care for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those in our community who are at the end of their journey through life.

Hussein Family Tutoring
Get paired up to tutor and establish a cross-cultural relationship with a Somalian child aged 6 to 14 in this seventeen-member family in West Springfield.

Jarvis Heights
Tutor and be a mentor for youth ages 5 to 14 in an afterschool community center. Activities include homework help and fun activities.

Kids to Campus Mentoring
Be matched with an at-risk South Hadley middle school student who comes to campus weekly for developmentally-appropriate mentoring.

Let's Get Ready
An intensive 8 week, three hour a week coaching session in either English or Math to prepare Holyoke High School juniors to take the SATS.

NOLA: Keeping the Hope
Campaign to educate, raise awareness, and recruit volunteers to aid New Orleans.

Purling for a Purpose
Join this charity knitting circle and create garments and blankets to warm the less fortunate. All experience levels welcome.

Safe Passage
Volunteer at a residential shelter for women victims of domestic violence and their children, which is also a non-profit organization serving victims of domestic violence, regardless of gender, race, creed, ability, religion or national origin.

Become a part of the national movement to educate others and raise awareness about HIV/AIDS.

Assist low income Holyoke youth / families file their federal and state taxes.

Westfield Detention Center Book Club
Meet in small groups with young male residents (ages 14-21) to discuss readings and how they relate to personal experiences.

Wistariahurst Museum
Help promote an appreciation for history and culture through educational programs, exhibits and special events.
