Ana Schreck 5th Lower Training
Janne Matzner-Gore 3rd place Intro

Today was a very exciting day for the dressage team at nationals! The team finised a very FABULOUS 3rd with a very tough horse group. Every MHC rider today had the highest score on their horse and made significant improvements in each mount's way of going.

In first level, Asheley rode a very LARGE 17.3h horse who enoyed leaping thru the air a little bit more one would hope but managed a 7th place finish. In upper training, Val rode a beautiful test and tied for 2nd place with a 68.925 (and only a few points away from 1st) Unfortuantely J&W won the tie and Val ended up 3rd. In lower training, Ana put in an amazing ride. Her horse was scoring in the 50s and was tense and jigging. Ana rocked it and had the horse round and thru for a 4th place finish. In Intro level, Janne rode a cute little TB named Moses finishing 3rd and allowing the team to finish in the top 3!!

The tope three teams were as follows:
Virgina Intermont First
Lake Erie Second
Mount Holyoke College Third
