Welcome to the website of the Mount Holyoke African and Caribbean Students' Association (MHACASA). Formed in 1993, MHACASA is
a group of young, beautiful, and talented women from Africa and
the Caribbean
who are dedicated to maintaining cultural ties and increasing cultural
awareness on the Mount Holyoke College campus.

Book Reading and Launch
Mount Holyoke alum Ayesha Harruna Attah ('05) has just published her first novel,
"Harmattan Rain," through Per Anykh. The book is about three generations of women growing up in
Ghana, who are going through their share of changes. Ayesha will give a reading of her book in MHC.
