There will be an MHC Airport Van to Bradley International Airport for Thanksgiving.
We want to inform as many people as possible so the word spreads like wildfire!!

All times listed are for departure dates. Please plan on meeting your driver by the Blanchard bus stop prior to the departure time. Vans will leave promptly at their departure time. Please plan on arriving at the aiport approximately 45 minutes after this listed time. We suggest that you plan on arriving at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. All Plan which van to take accordingly.
COST: **$20 per person**
Please arrange to deliver the payment of $20, cash or check to Blanchard 302 – the SGA Office – at the following times:
Wednesday, November 11, 2009, 9:30-10:15pm.
Thursday, November 12, 2009, 7:15-8:15pm.
Wednesday, November 18, 2009, 9:30-10:15pm.
These are the only times we will be available to accept payment. If you are unable to meet during those times please indicate so. If we have not received payment or heard from you by Thursday the 19th at 9 AM, then we will open up your spot to individuals on the waitlist.

Refunds will only be given if fleet vans are grounded through the Fleet Office.
Disclaimer: The Student Government Association is NOT responsible for the van getting stuck in traffic causing you to miss your flight. Thanksgiving is a BUSY travel time… plan accordingly. Take an earlier van if you have any doubts! If you wish to reschedule for an earlier van, let us know immediately.
Please note that we can only offer space for one carry on and one piece of luggage due to space constraints in the van.
Please note that there will not be return trips from the airport and that SGA reserves the right to cancel a trip if no one has signed up for it. |
