Campus Dorm Information
Power, Heating & Lighting on Campus

Our efforts this semester have focused on identifying energy issues on our campus. We looked specifically into dormatories energy uses concerning consumption, heating, lighting, and relevent power concerns. Facilities Management has provided us with information regarding the amount of energy and costs of such for each dorm. With this information we hoped to make students aware of the amount of energy needed to power their dorms, the true costs to the college, and how by being aware of their consumption practices--they can help to cut down/conserve energy on campus.

For information concerning the individual dormitory energy consumption click here.

In addition, we sought to educate the student body how to properly operate their radiator units as heating is one of the largest expenditures for the college. Each dorm has a very specific type of radiator that runs very efficiently when operated properly. We encourage students and faculty to understand their radiator units and make an effort to know how to operate them properly.
