Earth Day 2004
Student & Faculty Surveys

Senior Seminar - Spring 2004

As part of our class efforts in the Spring 2004 semester, we decided that for Earth Day on campus we would conduct energy surveys for both the students and the faculty. This survey had a couple of goals. First of all, it was intended to promote awareness of energy use in the dorms and faculty offices. One of the next goals was to identify sources of energy consumption within the individual dorms and faculty offices. The results of our survey have been compiled and are posted within these web pages.

All students and faculty of Mount Holyoke were encouraged to partake in our survey. Below is the contents of the surveys that were taken on Earth Day April 22, 2004 in the Blanchard Campus Center.
