A completed application includes the following:

• Application (PDF File)
• Essay (details are provided on the second page of the application form)
• Tuition Assistance Request Form (PDF File)
• Recent school transcript (copies are accepted)
• A recommendation from a mathematics teacher on the Teacher Recommendation Form (PDF File) This can be sent directly to us by the teacher or submitted with the application.
• $25 application fee

Program fees are $4,500, which covers tuition, materials, room & board, and weekend field trips. Transportation to and from the program is not included.

We have a limited amount of need-based tuition assistance. All students must submit the Tuition Assistance Request Form. We strongly encourage you to apply for assistance if needed.
