Below is a listing of all incidents, fires and accidents reported to the Mount Holyoke College Department of Public Safety. Each listing includes the date and time of the report, a description of the incident or accident which includes the location of the event, and a case number and case status. These are provided for the education of the community, as well as to satisfy the requirements of the Federal Right to Know law. November 16 and November 22:

On November 18 at 1:12pm officers responded to the Art Building for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by a malfunction in the elevator machine room.  Facilities Management was notified (Incident #0901-573-OF).

On November 18 at 12:14pm officers responded to Kendall Hall for an injured student.  She was evaluated and transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-572-OF).

On November 18 at 11:32am officers responded to Willits-Hallowell for an injured employee.  He was evaluated and did not require further medical attention (Incident 0901-571-OF).

On November 17 at 10:13am while officers were on routine patrol in Gorse Lot it was noticed vehicles had minor vandalism done to them.  The owners were contacted (Incident #0901-570-OF).  Case Open.

On November 17 at 2:40am officers were asked to do a well-being on a student in Torrey Hall. The student was located (Incident #0901-569-OF).

On November 16 at 4:02pm an employee reported that five seat cushions were stolen from Pratt Hall (Incident #0901-568-OF). Case Open.

On November 16 at 9:42am officers responded to assist with a second injury at Kendall Hall. The student was assessed and was transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-567-OF).

On November 16 at 9:42am officers responded to Kendall Hall to assist a student who was injured. The student was assessed and was transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-566-OF).

November 9 and November 15:

On November 15 at 5:40pm officers were checking Torrey Hall for an individual who was reported in violation of a trespass order.  He was located in the common area (Arrest #0901-6-AR, 0901-565-OF). Arrested for violation of a trespass order:

On November 13 at 10:57pm officers responded to Prospect Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated and given minor first aid.  She did not seek further medical attention (Incident 0901-564-OF).

On November 14 at 2:20am officers responded to the New Residence Hall for a male urinating in a hallway.  The individual could not be located (Incident 0901-563-OF).

On November 14 at 2:39am officers responded to Mead Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated by officers and EMT’s (Incident #0901-562-OF).

On November 14 at 2:44am officers responded to 1837 Hall for an intoxicated student.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident 0901-561-OF).  Referred to the Deans.

On November 13 at 1:57am officers responded to the New Residence Hall for a fire alarm. The alarm was set off by burnt food in the microwave (Incident 0901-560-OF).

On November 12 at 5:43am officers responded to Ham Hall for an ill student who was having difficulty breathing.  She was evaluated and required no further immediate care (Incident 0901-559-OF).

On November 11 at 6:36pm a student reported her bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at Pratt Hall.  The bicycle was unsecured and last seen earlier in the day (Incident 0901-557-OF).  Case Open.

On November 11 at 5:15pm a concerned parent contacted Public Safety since she had not heard from her ill daughter.  The student was located and concerned party was contacted (Incident 0901-556-OF).

On November 11 at 2:41pm a student reported her bicycle was stolen from the front of Mead Hall.  The bike was unsecured and last seen on November 6th (Incident 0901-555-OF).  Case Open.

On November 11 at 2:01pm officers responded to the Long Field area for a report of trespassing by an individual in the wooded area.    The individual was not located but additional signage was requested for posting in that area (Incident 0901-554-OF).  Case Open.

On November 10 at 4:33pm a student reported vandalism was found on the 24 Silver Street garage (Incident 0901-553-OF).  Case Open.

On November 10 at 11:26am a student report her bicycle was missing from outside Blanchard Hall.  The bike was unsecured and last seen on October 30th (Incident 0901-552-OF).  Case Open.

On November 9 at 11:45pm officers responded to Torrey Hall for an injured student.  She was evaluated and will seek further medical assistance on her own (Incident 0901-551-OF).

November 2 and November 8:

On November 6 at 3:13pm officers responded the New Residence Hall to assist a guest who had passed out. The guest was transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-550-OF).

On November 6 at 6:50pm officers were asked to do a well-being check on a student when her family had not heard from her. The student was located and called home (Incident #0901-548-OF).

On November 6 at 7:31pm officers responded to Chapin Auditorium to assist a student with an injury. The student was assessed and required no further medical attention (Incident #0901-547-OF).

On November 5 at 7:04pm a student reported her bicycle missing from outside Torrey Hall.  The bike was last seen on November 1st and was unsecured (Incident 0901-546-OF).

On November 4 at 9:16am a concerned parent contacted Public Safety since she had not heard from her daughter.  The student was located and she contacted the concerned party (Incident 0901-545-OF).

On November 2 at 10:28pm a student reported her credit card was stolen out of her unsecured room in Prospect Hall (Incident 0901-544-OF).  Case Open.

On November 2 at 8:49am an employee reported an attempted break-in into her office in Carr Lab (Incident #0901-542-OF).  Case Open.

October 26 and November 1:

On November 1 at 1:34am officers responded to the New Residence Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off accidentally by a pull station (Incident 0901-541-OF).

On November 1 at 1:57am a student approached officers outside of the New Residence Hall to report her roommate missing.  At 3:30am the roommate had returned (Incident 0901-540-OF).

On November 1 at 1:54am officers responded to 1837 Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off accidentally by a pull station (Incident 0901-539-OF).

On October 31 at 11:56pm officers responded to North Mandelle Hall for an intoxicated student.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident 0901-538-OF). Referred to the Deans.

On October 31 at 10:42pm officers responded to Mead Hall for an injured student.  She was evaluated and given minor first aid (Incident 0901-537-OF).

On October 31 at 8:32pm officers responded to Kendall Hall for an injured student.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-536-OF).

On October 31 at 2:44pm officers received a complaint about annoying behavior in the Art Building (Incident #0901-535-OF). Case Open.

On October 31at 2:39am officers responded to Brigham Hall for a report of a guest who was not feeling well. The guest was assessed and required no further immediate care (Incident #0901-534-OF).

On October 31 at 2:06am officers responded to the area around Mead Hall for a report of a group of males who were harassing students. Two of the individuals involved were located and were trespassed from campus (Incident #0901-533-OF). Case Open.

On October 30 at 12:29pm officers received a report of a suspicious person who was in and out of the Library. Officers located the individual who was a guest of a student and was using the Library while the student was in class (Incident #0901-532-OF). Case Closed.

On October 30 at 8:05am officers received a report of what appeared to be the remains of a party on the Mandelles Hill. Officers are investigating the incident as a possible hazing incident in cooperation with the Dean of Students Office (Incident #0901-531-OF). Case Open.

On October 29 at 9:18am an employee reported a suspicious individual had departed the PVTA bus and was on campus.  Officers spoke to the individual and found out he was a 5-College Student who was talking on his cell phone and his conversation was misinterpreted (Incident #0901-530-OF).

On October 28 at 8:25pm a student reported her wristlet taken at Blanchard Hall on October 17th after midnight.  That evening her wristlet was turned into lost and found with nothing inside.    Items were returned to the student on October 18th, but transactions were made on her account without her authorization on October 26th (Incident #0901-528-OF). Case Open.

On October 26 at 12:28pm a student reported damage done to her vehicle while it was parked in Gorse Lot.  The damage was done sometime between October 17th at 9pm – October 23rd at 2pm (Incident #0901-21-AC).  Case Open.

October 19 and October 25:

On October 25 at 1:44pm an employee reported NCAA banners from outside of Kendall Hall were stolen from the parking lot area (Incident 0901-526-OF).  Case Open.

On October 25 at 2:13am officers were informed of a visitor that was unconscious outside of Blanchard Hall.  Bystanders around the visitor mentioned he was struck by another individual who fled the area.  No description was able to be given (Incident #0901-525-OF).  Case Open.

On October 24 at 8:52pm officers responded to Kendall Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by a faulty detector.  Facilities Management was notified (Incident #0901-524-OF).

On October 24 4:12pm officers responded to Mead Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by cooking smoke (Incident #0901-523-OF).

On October 23 at 2:30pm a student reported her cell phone stolen after she lost her phone on the PVTA bus (Incident 0901-522-OF).  Case Open.

On October 23 at 1:07pm officers responded to Ham Hall Kitchen for an injured employee.  He was evaluated and his wound was treated.  He was advised to seek additional medical care off campus (Incident #0901-521-OF).

Incident 0901-520-OF: Not Assigned

On October 23 at 8:18am officers spoke to a college employee about parking in a Handicap Space without a placard (Incident #0901-519-OF).

On October 22 at 2:44pm officers responded to Skinner Hall for an employee receiving annoying phone calls (Incident #0901-518-OF).  Case Open.

On October 22 at 7:12pm officers responded to Blanchard Hall for a student who had fainted.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-517-OF).

On October 22 at 3:08pm officers responded to Macgregor Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by burnt food in the microwave (Incident #0901-516-OF).

On October 22 at 1:11pm officers responded to the Blanchard Hall Campus Store for a student who had fallen.  She was evaluated and transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-515-OF).

On October 22 at 8:47am a community member reported a tree stand being assembled on campus property near Morgan Street (Incident #0901-514-OF).

On October 22 at 8:17am officers responded to the New Residential Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by burnt food (Incident #0901-513-OF).

On October 21 at 12:39pm a professor reported receiving suspicious mail in his office in Porter Hall (Incident #0901-512-OF).   Case Open.

On October 21 at 1:01pm a visitor had side swiped a parked vehicle with their vehicle while pulling into a parking space in the Prospect Lot (Incident #0901-20-AC).

On October 19 at 7:43pm a student reported receiving harassing text messages.  The parties involved were asked to stop (Incident #0901-511-OF).  Referred to the Deans.

On October 19 at 6:35pm officers responded to Kendall Hall for an injured student.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-510-OF).

Incident #0901-509-OF was assigned to an incidet that took place on October 17th.

On October 19 at 7:51am officers responded to Wilder Hall for a student who fell outside the building.  She was evaluated and transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-508-OF).

On October 18 at 11:58pm while officers were on routine patrol in Dickinson Lot they noticed two suspicious males around a vehicle.  The males fled the scene before officers were able to question them (Incident #0901-507-OF).

October 12 and October 18:

On October 17 at 5:43pm a student reported her cell phone was missing.  Her phone was last seen in Mary Woolley Hall earlier that morning while it was in her coat in an unsecured area (Incident #0901-502-OF).  Case Open.

On October 17 at 5:00pm officers responded to Willits-Hallowell for a guest who had fainted.  He was evaluated but refused any further care (Incident #0901-501-OF).

(Note: some cases in the next 24-48 hours were assigned out of sequential area as they were assigned once an incident had been responded to and cleared, rather than by time the incident was initially reported because of the increase campus activity.  For the benefit of our readers, they have been listed in order by time reported).

On October 17 at 2:29am officers responded to Torrey Hall to assist a student who was shoved by another student since her guests were not allowed into the building (Incident #0901-500-OF).  Referred to the Deans.

Incident #0901-506-OF was not assigned.

On October 17 at 1:46am officers observed two male guests arguing in front of Mary Woolley Hall.  The guests were advised to leave campus after officers spoke to them about the incident (Incident #0901-505-OF).

On October 17 at 1:44am officers responded to Wilder Hall for an intoxicated guest.  She was evaluated and it was determined she did not need further medical assistance (Incident #0901-495-OF). 

On October 17 at 1:40am officers noticed a disturbance outside of Mary Woolley Hall while outside of the building.  An intoxicated student was attempting to enter the building and security refused to let her inside.  The student was asked to leave to rest before she can enter the building (Incident #0901-509-OF).

On October 17 at 1:15am officers observed an intoxicated guest outside of the Greenhouse.  The guest attempted to drive away but officers took his keys for safe keeping.  The guest took public transportation home (Incident #0901-499-OF).

On October 17 at 1:12am officers observed an intoxicated guest in Chapin Hall.  He was evaluated and it was determined he did not need further medical assistance (Incident #0901-504-OF). 

October 17 at 1:04am officers responded to Brigham Hall for an intoxicated student.    She was evaluated and it was determined she did not need further medical assistance (Incident #0901-494-OF).  Referred to the Deans.

On October 17 at 12:49am officers observed an intoxicated student in Blanchard Hall.  She was evaluated and it was determined she did not need further medical assistance (Incident #0901-497-OF).  Referred to the Deans.

On October 17 at 12:40am officers observed an intoxicated student in Blanchard Hall.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-493-OF).  Referred to the Deans.

Public Safety received a report that a student was sexually assaulted in a campus residence hall room on October 17.  The assailant, described as a white male in his late teens, is known to the survivor. Officers are working with the survivor to provide services.

On October 17 at 12:30am officers responded to South Rockefeller Hall for an intoxicated guest unescorted in the building.  He was asked to leave the building and find the person he was visiting (Incident #0901-503-OF).  Referred to the Deans.

On October 17 at 12:23am officers responded to the outside of Wilder Hall for an intoxicated guest.    He was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-490-OF).

Incident 0901-491-OF: Incident Number not assigned.

On October 17 12:17am officers observed an intoxicated student walking out of Mary Woolley Hall.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-492-OF). Referred to the Deans.

On October 17 at 12:10am officers responded to the outside of Chapin Hall for an intoxicated student.    She was evaluated and it was determined she did not need further medical assistance (Incident #0901-498-OF).  Referred to the Deans.

On October 17 at 12:08am officers observed an intoxicated student fall to the ground near Mead Hall.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-489-OF). Referred to the Deans.

On October 16 11:59pm officers noticed a disturbance outside of Mary Woolley Hall while outside of the building.  An intoxicated student was attempting to enter the building and security refused to let her inside.  When Officers attempted to speak with the student she refused to talk and ran from Officers.  Based on the assessment officers determined the person needed to be placed into protective custody and was released later that morning (Incident #0901-5-AR).

On October 16 at 11:48pm officers responded to front of Blanchard Hall for an intoxicated guest.  He was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-488-OF).

On October 16 at 11:30pm officers observed an intoxicated student outside of Mary Woolley Hall.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-493-OF).  Referred to the Deans.

On October 16 at 11:30pm officers observed an intoxicated student outside of Mary Woolley Hall.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-487-OF).  Referred to the Deans.

On October 16 at 11:12pm officers responded to South Rockefeller Hall for an intoxicated student.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-496-OF) Referred to the Deans.

On October 16 at 12:51pm officers responded to Kendall Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated and transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-486-OF).

On October 15 at 2:18pm officers responded to Kendade Hall for an injured student.  She was evaluated and transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-484-OF).

On October 14 at 10:11am a student reported her laptop was stolen from Skinner Hall.  The laptop was left unsecured (Incident #0901-483-OF).  Case Open.

On October 13 at 7:47pm officers responded to Mead Hall for a well being check.  The student was not located during the original check.  At 8:05pm the student contacted the concerned party (Incident #0901-482-OF).

On October 13 at 1:46pm officers responded to North Mandelle Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by steam from the heating system (Incident #0901-481-OF).

On October 13 at 10:05am officers responded to the Library for an ill employee.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-480-OF).

On October 13 at 1:42am officers responded to North Rockefeller Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated and will go to her appointment at the Health Center later in the day for a follow-up (Incident #0901-479-OF).

On October 13 at 1:31am officers responded to North Mandelle Hall for an intoxicated student.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-478-OF).

On October 13 at 1:47am officers responded to the New Residential Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-477-OF).

October 5 and October 11:

On October 9 at 4:42pm a student reported her zip drive was stolen from the Safford Hall computer room (Incident #0901-476-OF).

On October 8 at 2:43pm a student reported her bicycle was stolen from the in front of Porter Hall.  The bike was unsecured.  On October 9 the student reported she found her bicycle in front of Clapp Hall (Incident 0901-475-OF).

On October 6 at 10:27pm officers responded to North Rockefeller Hall for a student who was uncomfortable from a preexisting injury.  She was evaluated and was going to the hospital by her own transportation (Incident #0901-474-OF).

On October 6 at 6:33pm officers responded to Blanchard Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated by EMT’s and refused further medical attention (Incident #0901-473-OF).

On October 6 at 2:18pm officers responded to Prospect Hall fire road for a student who struck a pole on her bicycle.  She was evaluated and transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-472-OF).

On October 6 at 9:04am officers responded to Dining Services for an employee who fell.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-471-OF).

On October 6 at 12:01am a student reported that when she was walking from Gorse parking lot on Morgan Street toward Dickinson Hall a car drove by her and attempted to engage her in conversation. When she ignored him, he did a U-turn and drove by her a second time, again saying "hello." He returned a third time and left the area when the student made it clear she did not wish to speak with him. The car is described as a 1980's era car with a loud exhaust, dark or blue in color. The driver is described as a white male in his late 20's or early 30's with medium length hair and possibly a mustache. Officers checked the area and found no one matching the description, but also notified South Hadley Police in case they found a car matching that description, If anyone on campus has seen a vehicle matching this description, please contact Public Safety at x2305 (Incident #0901-470-OF). On October 5 at 10:25pm a student reported her car was stolen from in front of the Mandelles. The car was last seen at 6:40pm and was noticed stolen at 9:40pm. Public Safety asks that anyone who may have seen anyone suspicious in that area between those hours please contact the Department at x2305 (Incident #0901-469-OF). Case Open.

On October 5 at 11:27pm officers spoke with an employee who reported several books were stolen from the Library (Incident #0901-468-OF).Case Open.

On October 5 at 6:22pm officers received a request to issue a trespass notice against a former acquaintance based on past assaultive behavior (Incident #0901-467-OF). Case Open.

On October 5 at 11:02am an employee reported a microscope lamp disappeared three weeks ago and has not been returned. Staff also reported another lamp disappeared last semester, but originally had not appeared to have been stolen (Incident #0901-466-OF). Case Open.

September 28 and October 4:

On October 4 at 6:08pm officers responded to Abbey Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated and transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-465-OF).

On October 4 at 9:32am officers responded to Dickinson Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by a faulty detector.  Facilities Management was contacted (Incident #0901-464-OF).

On October 4 at 3:02am officers responded to Dickinson Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by a faulty detector.  Facilities Management was contacted (Incident #0901-463-OF).

On October 3 at 8:07pm officers responded to Willits-Hallowell Center for an irate visitor.  The situation was passed along to the center supervisor (Incident #0901-462-OF).

On October 3 at 12:00pm while Officers were in Gorse Lot for the previous Incident (#0901-460-OF) it was noticed another vehicle had damage done around the fuel cover.  The owner was contacted and no fuel was taken (Incident 0901-461-OF).  Case Open.

On October 3 at 11:21am a student reported fuel was siphoned from her vehicle while it was parked in Gorse Lot sometime between October 1st and the time of the report (Incident #0901-460-OF).  Case Open.

On October 3 at 12:10am officers and EMT’s responded to South Mandelle Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated and she chose to wait until the morning to contact the Health Center (Incident #0901-459-OF).

On October 1 at 4:50pm officers responded to 4 Dunlop Road for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by burnt food (Incident #0901-458-OF).

On October 1 at 4:39pm officers responded to 15 Woodbridge Street for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by burnt food (Incident #0901-457-OF).

On October 1 at 6:06am officers responded to Skinner Museum for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by a malfunctioning alarm.  Facilities Management was notified (Incident #0901-456-OF).

On September 30 at 12:16pm officers responded to Prospect Hall for an ill employee.  He was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-455-OF).

On September 29 at 6:47pm a visitor reported her camera was taken while at a party in Blanchard Hall on Friday evening.  Attempts have been made to contact the person who took the camera without permission (Incident #0901-454-OF).  Case Open.

On September 29 at 5:44pm officers responded to the Athletic Fields for an injured student.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-453-OF).

On September 28 at 4:12pm a visitors vehicle struck a parked vehicle in the Dickinson Lot (Incident #0901-19-AC).

On September 28 at 2:17pm a student reported her bicycle stolen from outside of Wilder Hall.  The bike was last seen on Sunday morning (Incident #0901-451-OF).

September 21 and September 27:

On September 27 at 12:30am officers responded to South Mandelle for a complaint of a noisy party. Officers asked the host to quiet the party down, and no further complaints were received (Incident #0901-450-OF).

On September 27 at 1:20am officers responded to Mead Hall for a student who could not be woken. When officers arrived, the student woke and was not in need of any medical services (Incident #0901-449-OF).

On September 27 at 12:09am officers responded to the area of South Rockefeller Hall for a report of a student who was unresponsive.  Officers located the student who was transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-448-OF).

On September 25 at 11:38pm officers received a report that some males were hanging around outside the main entrance of Mead Hall harassing students. When officers arrived, they could not find anyone in the area (Incident #0901-447-OF).

On September 26 at 12:42am officers responded to Blanchard Hall for a report of an intoxicated guest. Initially he declined medical attention, but officers were called back later when his condition worsened, and he was transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-445-OF).

On September 25 at 7:16pm officers found a person who was injured near the Greenhouse. She sought medical on her own (Incident #0901-444-OF).

On September 25 at 8:10am officers responded to the Equestrian Center for a student who was injured. She was transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-443-OF).

On September 24 at 6:00pm officers and the fire department responded to Eliot House for a fire alarm. The cause was determined to be cooking smoke which was ventilated and the alarm was able to be reset (Incident #0901-442-OF).

On September 24 at 12:52pm officers and the fire department responded to the Gorse School for a fire alarm. The cause was determined to be a faulty detector (Incident #0901-441-OF).

On September 24 at 9:14am officers and the fire department responded to a fire alarm in 1837 Hall. The cause was determined to be a fault in the system and Facilities Management staff were able to reset the alarm (Incident #0901-440-OF).

On September 23 at 6:59pm officers responded to 24 Silver Street to assist an injured student.  She was evaluated and transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-439-OF).

On September 22 at 9:52am officers responded to Kendall Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by a contractor and Facilities Management was notified (Incident #0901-438-OF)

On September 21 at 4:02am officers responded to Dickinson Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-437-OF).

On September 21 at 1:43am officers responded to Porter Hall for a student having breathing issues.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-436-OF).

September 14 and September 20:

On September 20 at 10:28pm officers responded to Torrey Hall for a report of an ill visitor.  He was evaluated but refused to go to the hospital (Incident #0901-435-OF).

On September 19 at 6:38pm a visitor reported damage done to her vehicle while it was parked in Ham Lot.  The damage occurred sometime during the afternoon before and the morning of the report (Incident #0901-18-AC).

Incident #0901-434-OF was not assigned.

On September 19 at 8:34am officers responded to 83 College Street for a fire alarm.  The alarm appeared to be a malfunction in the system.  Facilities Management was notified (Incident #0901-433-OF).

On September 19 at 1:21am officers responded to Buckland Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-432-OF).

Case Update: A wallet was reported missing in Incident #0901-427-OF was turned into Public Safety by Mail Services.

On September 18 at 12:53pm officers responded to Wilder Hall for a report of a suspicious male.  The area was searched but the person could not be located (Incident #0901-431-OF).

On September 18 at 7:16am officers responded to 4 Dunlap Place for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by a faulty detector and Facilities Management was advised (Incident #0901-430-OF).

On September 17 at 11:07pm officers responded to Pearsons Hall for an ill student.  She was evaluated by officers and EMT's and then transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-429-OF)

On September 17 at 10:42pm officers responded to Ham Hall for a fire alarm.  The alarm was set off by a faulty detector.  Facilities Management was notified (Incident #0901-428-OF).

On September 17 at 10:35pm a student reported her wallet missing from Blanchard Hall after she had used it earlier in the evening (Incident #0901-427-OF).  Case Closed.

On September 17 at 5:15pm a student reported items missing from the Ham Hall trunk room area.  The items were placed in the area for summer storage (Incident #0901-426-OF).  Case Open.

On September 16 at 5:00pm officers responded to Brigham Hall for damaged college equipment. Facilities Management and Res Life were notified of the situation (Incident #0901-425-OF).

On September 16 at 8:21pm students reported a vehicle with suspicious occupants inside the vehicle on Lower Lake Road. The driver was trespassed and the vehicle was seen leaving campus (Incident #0901-424-OF).

Incident #0901-423-OF was not assigned.

On September 15 at 6:49pm a student reported her bicycle was stolen from outside Torrey Hall. The bike was secured wheel to frame (Incident #0901-422-OF). Case Open.

On September 15 at 6:29pm a community member reported a suspicious male around the Greenhouse area. Officers witnessed the individual leave campus without incident (Incident #0901-421-OF).

On September 14 at 8:25pm officers responded to Kendall for an ill employee. She was evaluated by EMT's and transported by SHFD to Holyoke Hospital (Incident #0901-420-OF).

On September 14 at 9:30pm officers responded to the area of Prospect Hall and Lower Lake Road for an ill student. She was evaluated by EMT's and officers and then transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-419-OF).

September 7 and September 13:

On September 13 at 10:57am officers responded to North Mandelle for a fire alarm. The alarm was set off by a faulty detector. Facilities Management was notified (Incident #0901-418-OF).

On September 13 at 12:31am officers responded to the Blanchard Bus stop for a report of an annoying person on the bus. The person in question was spoken to by officers and was sent on his way off campus (Incident #0901-417-OF).

On September 12 at 10:37am officers responded to Kendall Hall for an injured student. She was evaluated by EMT's and officers and then transported to the Health Center (Incident #0901-416-OF).

On September 12 at 1:20am while officers were conducting parking enforcement in Gorse Lot they noticed a fraudulent parking decal on a students vehicle. The Deans Office was notified (Incident #0901-415-OF).

On September 11 at 6:57am a student reported possible fraud with her banking information (Incident #0901-414-OF). Case Open.

On September 11 at 6:16pm officers responded to Ham Hall for a report of natural gas odor. Officers checked the area an no smell was present and the carbon monoxide detectors were reading normal (Incident #0901-413-OF).

On September 10 at 6:13pm officers and EMT"s responded to the Athletic Fields for an injured student. She was evaluated and transported to the Health Center by the EMT's (Incident #0901-412-OF).

Case Update: A box of clothes that was reported stolen in Incident #0901-404-OF was found in Blanchard Hall by Mail Services.

On September 10 at 12:39pm officers responded to Blanchard Hall for a student having a seizure. She was evaluated and refused to go to the hospital. The Health Center was advised (Incident #0901-411-OF).

On September 10 at 3:47am officers responded to the New Residence Hall for an intoxicated student. She was evaluated by SHFD and Public Safety. The Dean on Call was notified (Incident #0901-410-OF).

On September 10 at 4:06am officers responded to Buckland Hall for a report of an unwanted guest. Residential Life was contacted and made aware of the situation (Incident #0901-409-OF).

On September 10 at 1:50am officers responded to North Rocky for an unwanted guest (Incident #0901-408-OF).

On September 10 at 1:50am while officers were clearing the unwanted guest incident (#0901-408-OF) they were informed the male had an active warrant. He was located at the Village Commons and arrested (Arrest #0901-4-AR). Arrested for the warrant is:

On September 9 at 1:20pm officers responded to Kendall Hall for a report of a male who had fainted due to an injury. He was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-406-OF).

On September 8 at 8:15am officers responded to Buckland Hall for a fire alarm. The alarm was set off by burnt food in the dining area (Incident #0901-405-OF).

On September 7 at 12:18pm a student reported a box of clothes was stolen in Wilder Hall just outside the dining area (Incident #0901-404-OF).

August 30 and September 6:

Incident #0901-403-OF was not assigned.

On September 5 at 12:01pm officers responded to Buckland Hall for a report of a student who could not be located. The student was located and asked to contact the concerned parties (Incident #0901-402-OF).

On September 4 at 5:29pm a student was reported to have influenza and was moved to Ham Hall (Incident #0901-400-OF).

Incident #0901-401-OF was not assigned.

On September 4 at 9:44pm officers responded to Prospect Hall for a student with a burn injury. She was evaluated and given minor first aid (Incident #0901-399-OF).

On September 3 at 1:13pm officers responded to Blanchard Hall for a student who had fainted. She was evaluated and transported to the hospital by ambulance (Incident #0901-398-OF).

On August 31 at 8:35pm officers responded to Hall Hall for an injured student. The student was evaluated and given minor first aid (Incident #0901-397-OF).

On August 30 at 8:45pm officers responded to Torrey Hall for missing property from the laundry room. The area was searched but the small refrigerator was not located (Incident #0901-396-OF). Case Open.

On August 30 at 3:05pm a student reported concern over a visitor to campus. She was given her options if the person should return to campus (Incident 0901-395-OF).

Incident #0901-394-OF was not assigned.
