Divisions

Members elected to the Staff Council represent a division and are responsible for maintaining effective communication with their constituency on matters pertinent to them.                
                
Division I  and  Division II              
President’s Office, Diversity and Inclusion, Ombudsperson. Dean of Faculty/VP for Academic Affairs, Academic Departments and Programs, LITS, Athletics and Equestrian Center,  Art Museum and Centers (Center for the Environment, McCulloch Center for Global Initiatives, and Weissman Center for Leadership & the Liberal Arts).                
                
Divisions III and Division IV                
Treasurer, Facilities Management, Botanic Garden, Human Resources, Auxiliary Services, Purchasing, Public Safety, Dining Services, Willits-Hallowell/Conference Services, Financial Services.                
                
Division V                 
Dean of the College/VP of Student Affairs, Academic Deans, Dean of Students, Health Center/Counseling Services, Student Programs, Residential Life, Religious Life.
                
Division VI  and Division VII              
Development. Vice President for Enrollment and College Relations, Admission, Communications, Student Financial Services, Frances Perkins Program, Registrar, Career Development Center, Institutional Research.
                
Note:  The employees of the Alumnae Association, though not part of a specific division, may run for a position on the Staff Council within Division VI and VII.
