Congratulations! Now that you received your letter of acceptance to Take the Lead, please complete all the forms below and mail or fax them to us, so we can finalize your registration.

- Waiver of Liability/Permission/Medical Form
- Press Release Form
- Project Clarification Form
- Travel/Contact Information/Special Dietary Form
- Send photo by mail or electronically to Take the Lead: takethelead@mtholyoke.edu
- Send $75.00 check to Mount Holyoke College for registration fee
Traveling to Campus
Mount Holyoke is located 45 minutes from Bradley International Airport (Hartford/Springfield), 2 hours from Logan Airport (Boston), and 30 minutes from Amtrak and Peter Pan Buslines stations in Springfield, MA. The Take the Lead staff can advise families on the easiest ways to reach the campus.
