Mentor Application

There are a few positions still available for qualified Mount Holyoke College students to serve as mentors.  If you act quickly, you can get involved in a unique opportunity to serve as a mentor and a champion to high school women with goals and action plans for social change.

To become a Take the Lead mentor, students must be a first-year, sophomore, or junior in good academic standing, and may not be on academic or social probation at Mount Holyoke College.  Complete the application below and submit it.  There are applications available as a PDF download or at the Weissman Center for Leadership and the Liberal Arts in room 114 Porter Hall, if you are unable to submit your application online.

Along with your application, you must submit names of two on-campus references who are familiar with your leadership abilities and who know you to be responsible; one reference must be an MHC faculty member.  The Weissman Center for Leadership and the Liberal Arts will contact references for additional information about the applicants.
