Frances Perkins and Transfer Curriculum Guide

To New Upper-Class Students:

We are delighted that you have chosen to join the Mount Holyoke College community for the next chapter of your educational life and we have created this website to help insure that you are successfully launched in your Mount Holyoke career. We hope that you will keep us in mind as resources during the weeks leading up to the start of classes and throughout your time at the College.

The purpose of this Web site is to help you select and preregister for your spring semester courses. On these pages you will find information about the curriculum, degree requirements, advising, and instructions for preregistration. This year a new web site has been created especially for students new to Mount Holyoke College. Here you will find additional information about college resources, residential life, Orientation, and other topics of interest.

Have fun selecting courses now, but keep in mind that the courses you preregister for represent a working draft of your spring semester schedule. In late January/early February you'll have a chance to discuss your courses with your faculty adviser. Changes to your schedule can be made during the add/drop period, September 4th through September 17th, the first ten days of the semester.

If you have any questions about credit evaluation or any outstanding requirements, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone, email, or in person if you are nearby. Be assured that the academic deans, your advisers, and your professors will help to guide you throughout your intellectual journey here at Mount Holyoke.
