The Weissman Center for Leadership and the Liberal Arts hosts a variety of forums for students that complement academic work, research, and leadership development.   

Independent Study Network
This forum provides support to seniors working on independent study projects and theses. Monthly study breaks with students, faculty, and alumnae addressed topics relevant to research and strategies for project success. More...

Leadership and Careers Program
We bring dynamic alumnae, professionals and ambitious students together for memorable luncheons and discussions about careers in medicine, law, education, business, politics, and journalism.

Senior Symposium
Seniors presented their independent research and thesis projects at Mount Holyoke's third annual Senior Symposium.

Student Leadership Seminars
This fall, the Rethinking Health Care series will feature student leadership seminars with accomplished guest speakers.  Student can preregister to attend these informal gatherings to discuss leadership and issues in the health care debate. 

A special student leadership seminar, A Conversation on Leadership with Barbara Cassani, will be held on Friday, November 20, from 4:15 to 5:15 pm.  Barbara Cassani '82 was the first CEO of British Airways, former MHC Trustee, and chair of London's successful bid to host the 2012 Olympics. She is currently the chair of Vueling Airlines and a sought-after motivational speaker. Preregistration is required.This event is currently full.

A special student leadership seminar, 'A Conversation on Leadership with Barbara Cassani,' will be held on Friday, November 20, from 4:15 to 5:15 pm in Cassani Lounge, Rm 102, Shattuck

Students who preregister at this time will be placed on a wait list and notified if space becomes available.
