Travel to Massachusetts

Bradley International Airport (BDL) is located in Windsor Locks, CT approximately 20 minutes driving to/from the Marriott Springfield Hotel and 40 minutes to/from MHC campus.

Logan International Airport (BOS)  is located in Boston, MA approximately 1 hour 45 minutes driving to/from the MHC campus area.

Albany International Airport (ALB) is located in Albany, NY approximately 2 hours driving to/from the MHC campus area.

The Amtrak has a station in Springfield, MA (66 Lyman St) seven blocks to/from the Springfield Marriott Hotel and 20 minutes to/from MHC camps. We encourage use of taxi between the two although it is possible to walk.

Travel from Bradley Airport to Hotels

The Springfield Marriott Hotel does not offer a shuttle service to/from Bradley International Airport; the following options, however, are available:

Car rental  is available; the route from the airport to the Springfield Marriott Hotel is simple. Parking at the Springfield Marriott Hotel is $14/night.

A variety of additional transportation options including limo services and private shuttles are available.

We are looking into coordinating additional transportation options to lessen the expenses for participants. Please check here in the future for updates.

Travel from Hotels to Mount Holyoke College

Complimentary shuttles for participants will run between the Springfield Marriott Hotel and the MHC college campus regularly throughout the conference weekend.

There is no cost for parking on the MHC campus (check web site for updates regarding campus maps and directions); space is limited, however, so we encourage participants who are staying at the Marriott to take the complimentary shuttle rather than drive. Participants who do plan to drive can use the following address for mapquest/googlemap directions:
