Feedback About the Site
How Do I Provide Feedback About the Site? Many people will be using the Web site on a regular basis, and often they will have conflicting ideas about how things should be done. The Web Strategy Team welcomes any suggestions or problem reports you may have concerning Colege Web sites. The Web Strategy Team will not be able to make every suggestion a reality, but we value all suggestions and take them into account in developing modifications.
What kind of feedback should I provide? Specific areas of interest include:
- Links that don't function or don't work properly
- Items whose meanings are unclear
- Additional help information you would like to see
- Suggestions for a more logical organization of the information
- Problems getting information into the site
- Comments about administrative procedures and other features
- Comments about "ease-of-use" issues, preferably with specific suggestions for improvement
