MyPoints - This site gives you points for a variety of things, including filling out surveys. Also includes a feature that gives you points for reading email. (Bonusmail and MyPoints merged)

eTour Home Page - Earn points by viewing other pages. I have actually found some of these pages interesting. Also, this is very easy to do, just go there every day and hit "reload" once.
StartSampling, This is a great site where you can request free samples and get points for doing so. Points are good for cash and other prizes. You must check back often to get the samples before they run out, however, there are other ways to earn points, so check it out!
MileSource - This site is not bad, though very slow going. Most everything is, however, nowadays.
Greenfield Online - Sign up to take surveys.
NetFlip - This one is slow going, but if you are presistant you can make some money. I like it because you don't have to deal with a lot of yucky graphics
Get Free Stuff - I'm not sure about this one, seems like they have more problems then good stuff, but hey, can't really hurt if you are doing the rest of these and are really bored.
