My web page is finally up! It's not the final version, but is a web page ever in its final version? I really need to work on my closet, fix up my photo gallery, build my "frog" pages or replace it with something else, and generally fix things up. I decided that I wanted to just get something up, since I had been working on this for long enough that I was started to feel like it would never be perfect. Dave and I are going to New Orleans in February for Mardi Gras. I'm very excited because this will be the first time I've been there, and going on trips with Dave is always a lot of fun. If anyone wants a postcard, let me know...though knowing me, I might mail it after I get back to Portland I will be getting DSL soon, and as soon as I get my xmas present, I will be setting up a Linux box at home. In theory, I'll be getting a static ip after that, but seeing as how I'm broke, that may not be for a while. Besides, Yix.com is being held by some obnoxious Domain seller. My big bitch of the week is that for the fourth time since I moved to Portland, and in about a year, my car got broken into. Or rather, it got broken. Half of the time, these Incompetent thieves don't even get into the car, they just break the locks! I've started having dreams about making it so that my car actually kills people who try and break in. But then, I'm a little upset. Life is pretty great lately. Dave and I just had our 1 year anniversary, which was not as eventful as I thought it would be. However, it is the longest I've ever dated anyone, so it was cool and a good marker of things going well in my life. Work has continued to be fun, though not a career type of thing, and I'm still learning all the time. That's about it!
