By popular request (OK, 3 people have asked), I'm posting some pictures of the Gribnif homestead, a 10-room Victorian built around 1900.
The color is something that I didn't really intend to be quite so, er, bright. People tend to have a strong reaction to it -- they either take it as an opportunity to attack my manhood (my so called "friends") or they absolutely love it. I've seen several people drive by slowly, pull over, and then get out a camera to take a picture. Of course, I'm assuming they are taking the picture because they like the color scheme so much. Perhaps this is just wishful thinking :-).

| A front view, looking toward the southwest corner. See that bunch of plants right at the corner? That's where the property line is. It's a good thing I get along with my neighbors. | |
| A front view from the other corner. Now you can see the turret a little better. I can't emphasize enough the therapeutic benefits of having a hammock on the front porch. Could use a network connection out there though :-). | |
| Another view from the same corner, only closer. I know the plants around the foundation look a little scrawny, but I just planted them this spring. I'm sure I can manage to kill them, given time. | |
| Here's the east side of the house, with the Spyder in the driveway. Can you tell I was about to go for a drive? I thought you could. |
