Directions:
From the West: Take 435 to Shawnee Mission Parkway. Follow Shawnee Mission Parkway east to Ward Parkway (veer left). Follow Ward Parkway to the Plaza. Bear left onto Jefferson, then right onto 47th Street.
From the South: Take 35 North to Shawnee Mission Parkway. Follow Shawnee Mission Parkway east to Ward Parkway (veer left). Follow Ward Parkway to the Plaza. Bear left onto Jefferson, then right onto 47th Street.
From the North: Take Southwest Trafficway south. Turn left onto 47th Street.
From the East: Take 435 to Route 350 (also called Blue Parkway). Follow 350 west. Blue Parkway becomes Swope Parkway, which becomes Volker Blvd., which turns into J.C. Nichols Parkway. Turn left onto 47th Street.
At our December meeting, we had an enjoyable time discovering many commonalities amongst us. We learned that many in the group were East Coast transplants. It was fascinating to uncover common links as we heard each other’s accounts.
