Pictures!

For Abby's birthday, Shez and I bought Abby a strawberry cake because Abby gave up chocolate for lent.  Abby and I enjoyed the strawberries.  (Although Abby does look a bit psychotic.....)  


Shez was kinda excited about the cake too.  (Just ignore the Fitness magazine.......)





















Jack and I went to Bar Harbor and Acadia at the end of last summer.  First we went camping for a couple days, then we stayed in a little cabin.  This was breakfast one of the days we were camping.  Jack made scrambled eggs and French toast on that green stove thing.  It was yummy.


















Later that day, we went kayaking.  It was so much fun, and so pretty.  We rented a tandem kayak and made sandwiches for lunch and kayaked all around the shoreline.  There are so many islands there!  This is the island we chose to stop at for lunch.  I'm sitting on a log; those are all rocks and shells covering the ground.
















This is Jack standing on the porch of the big house on top of Mount Holyoke.  The house is really cool, it used to be hunting lodge/hotel thing.  It's huge and the view from up there is incredible.  That's the Connecticut River in the background.



















This is just Jack looking cute.  That's my dorm room from last year.  The door on the right leads into our living room and bathroom; there's another door behind me that leads into the bedroom.

















Jack and my dog, Tikki in my living room.  It must have been winter, judging from the little Christmas elf sweater. :)



















This is Jack's dog Yukon.  He's an Alaskan Malamute.  He's such a sweet dog.  But he was really sick and he was put to sleep a few weeks ago.  So sad.....
