The negotiations between the Shia and Kurd leaders on the formation
of Provisional government end with no agreement.

16, 2005 - The Iraqi Transitional National Assembly
has its first meeting.

The leaders of the Shia and Kurdish groups in the government reach
an agreement upon the members of the Executive branch of the new
government.
