Redesigned user group website

project to implement new user group locator system. Assisted with user
group road tour to deliver marketing messages to consumers about the Apple
brand. Managed tour guide booth at MacWorld San Francisco 2001. Answered
customers' inquiries concerning the user group program and sought out ways
to reduce the amount of incoming email.

Web Developer Intern, Summer of 2000
Collaborated with a team of software engineers and web developers to
create HTML order and shipping confirmation emails. Assisted in the
creation of direct marketing promotional emails. Worked on site redesign
of Amazon.com Associates Central (http://www.amazon.com/associates).
Created an intranet site for the Amazon.com Anywhere team.
