Redesigned user group website (http://www.apple.com/usergroups). Managed project to implement new user group locator system. Assisted with user group road tour to deliver marketing messages to consumers about the Apple brand. Managed tour guide booth at MacWorld San Francisco 2001. Answered customers' inquiries concerning the user group program and sought out ways to reduce the amount of incoming email.

Web Developer Intern, Summer of 2000
Collaborated with a team of software engineers and web developers to create HTML order and shipping confirmation emails. Assisted in the creation of direct marketing promotional emails. Worked on site redesign of Amazon.com Associates Central (http://www.amazon.com/associates). Created an intranet site for the Amazon.com Anywhere team.

Conducted web page consulting hours for faculty, students, and staff. Taught workshops on Dreamweaver, advanced Adobe PageMill, using digital cameras, scanning, creating graphics for the web, and Adobe Photoshop. Assisted professors and their student web technologists in creating web pages for Mount Holyoke courses through funding from the Mellon Web Grant.
