To start with, I was born July 30, 1974 in New Haven, Connecticut and up until I was 18, lived fully in Hamden, Connecticut. Now I basically live up here in the Pioneer Valley of Massachusettes.
I don't know how much of my life should be on a web page, so I will put only so much...I have always been intrigued by computers and things like video games. When I was young I used to beg my mom to buy me an Atari (shows you how ancient I am) but she held off then started to say when I turned 12, we'd get a computer. True to her word, we did. It was an IBM compatible, prolly a 286, maybe even less than that. Hell, we had to insert DOS disks for the thing to boot up. Sometime while I was in high school that was upgraded to a 286, that had a hard drive *ooooh*! I mostly would use the computer for [laying games, and writing up a few papers I would have in high school. While I was in my first year of college my mom got a 486, which at the time was a wonderful machine, but boy did she fill it up! (she recently had to add more hard disk space). For my 20th birthday she took the 286 and got it upgraded to a 486, which was fine for a while, but they didn't add any extra hard drive, so when I would use applications for a while, they'd lock up. :( Finally, she got me a real 486 for this past Christmas, which even game with a CD-ROM drive, yay! Though I am still below my fiancee in terms of equipment--he has a Pentium. Brat. *grin*
